Avocado Chocolate Smoothie

Delicious and Nutritious and really good anytime, not just for breakfast!


Avocado Chocolate Smoothie

Serves: 1-2 servings
  • 1 avocado (ripe, halved and pitted)
  • 1½ cup plain almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 pitted date
  • 1 teaspoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Dash cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ frozen banana (optional but delish)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or plain)-optional
  • 4-8 large ice cubes -note ice will dilute it. If you want a thick creamy consistency, add ½ Frozen banana and very cold almond milk then ice as needed
  1. Begin with ice cubes then add all remaining ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
